- Arbetet med trapphusrenoveringen har nu startat och förväntas pågå i ca 3 månader, alltså fram till slutet av juli 2022.
- I trapphusrenoveringen ingår målning av trapphus (vägg, tak, entréer), källargång i låghus och hög hus, samt målning av hissar och cykelrum.
- Trapphusrenoveringen kommer inte påverka varken månadsavgift eller hyra för våra medlemmar.
- Styrelsen kommer inte att låna från banken för trapphusrenoveringen.
Det här är ett projekt som kommer kräva ett stort samarbete mellan boende och arbetare under arbetets gång. Bland annat behövs er hjälp vid flytt av cyklar från cykelrum när cykelrummen ska målas.
- The renovation has now started and is expected to continue for approximately 3 months, around the end of July 2022.
- The renovation includes the painting of the stairwells (walls, roof and entrances), the basement corridor in both buildings, the painting of elevators and the bicycle rooms.
- The stairwell renovation will not affect monthly expenses (rent) for the members.
- The renovation will not increase the monthly fee or rent for our members. We will not borrow additional funds from the bank for this renovation.
This project will require cooperation between residents and workers during the process. Among other things, we will be needing your help when the time comes for moving the bicycles from the bicycle rooms so that they may be painted.
