Klotter i källargång och på källardörrar
Efter trapphus-renoveringen har vi fått klotter i källargången i låghuset och på källardörrar i höghuset.
Troligtvis är det en person som antingen bor i låghuset eller har tillgång till källaren i låghuset 48-58.
Styrelsen ber därför alla boende i BRF Pillunden att vara uppmärksamma för personer som förstör och saboterar våra gemensamma fina utrymmen, speciellt efter renoveringen.
Vid minsta misstanke om person eller händelse önskar vi att ni informerar oss i styrelsen genom att maila oss på styrelsen@pillunden.se
Styrelsen kommer både att polisanmäla och tvinga personen i fråga att betala för klottersaneringen.
Graffiti in the basement corridor and on the basement doors
After the stairwell renovation, graffiti has been seen in the basement corridors (low-rise buildings) and on basement doors in high-rise buildings.
Probably it’s a person who either lives in or has access to the basement in the lower house 48-58.
The board asks all residents of the BRF Pillunden to be aware of people who destroy and sabotage our shared spaces, especially after the renovation.
In case of the slightest suspicion, we wish you to inform the board about the person and the incident by emailing us at styrelsen@pillunden.se
The board will report to the police those who destroy for us and also force the intruder to pay for graffiti cleanup.
